Looking for a motivated and positive individual who is ready to dig in and help Speckls of Light grow as a brand. The job is remote with occasional travel as mentioned in more detail below. The founder wants to concentrate on creating art so your role would be to help her in the other aspects of running a business.

It is a Fixed Term, freelance contract for 6 months with the possibility to extend depending on the success of the post.

Your main responsibility will be to create content (photographing new and existing art, filming, etc.) for the brand's Instagram account and email marketing campaigns. Potentially creating a Tik Tok account in a few months. Ideally, you will be able to come into the South London studio once or twice a month as necessary to capture content to be used for Social Media accounts. The rest of the hours you will be editing photos and video footage to create and schedule daily content. There will also be weekly video catch up sessions to discuss marketing strategies in terms of budget for paid ads, where do we want the brand to go and how can we get there. There is a huge potential for growth for the right person.

It is a varied role with a lot of responsibilities. The working hours are very flexible and different schedules can be accommodated within reason. You will be working closely with the founder/lead artist for Speckls of Light and will be willing to take on various tasks depending on the artist's work load. Ideally to start working at the end of February but happy to adjust the start date for the right candidate.

Some of the responsibilities include:

• Creating an email marketing campaign and sending out one to two emails a month.

• Creating content for Instagram, four to five posts a week (a mix of posts/reels) as well as stories

• Traveling to South London to capture video and photo content

• Editing content in keeping with the brand guide

• Participating in meetings about marketing strategy and content planning/scheduling

• Researching new charities

• Occasionally packing orders

• Potential to launch Tik Tok account

Skills and Experience Required:

• Experience of editing and creating content with examples to share

• Using Canva, Adobe or other video and photo editing softwares is essential

• Experience of working in a small team or as a personal assistant

• Hard working, with a proactive and self motivated attitude

• Friendly and approachable

• Enjoys researching different industries

• Knowledge of Instagram, Tik Tok and Youtube

• Knowledge of email marketing and social media strategy

• Interested in charitable organizations as well as the art industry

• Full of ideas and excited to learn new skills

• Not afraid to share their point of view

• Excited to help a small business grow
